CONFERENCES

Conferences are another popular event we manage and host and can be held at either of our two available venues.

​

We have a small, thatched conference room set in well landscaped gardens which has rolling green lawns and shady trees to provide a relaxing back-drop for up to fifty (50) people.

We provide stationery, morning and afternoon teas as well as snacks and lunches to suit your specific requirements.  Breaks and meals may be taken in the garden to refresh and rejuvenate the attendees of your conference.

Our bigger venue (White Rock) can host up to three hundred (300) people in the open air pavilion positioned by a large water feature.

As with our smaller venue, stationery, morning and afternoon teas and lunches are provided.

We provide an intimate, quiet venue in which to get your business done effectively and professionally in a      wellrun and managed venue that will ensure your meeting/conference will achieve your goals.

 

Our Venues are also ideal for team-building programs, and special requests are catered to in this regard to help tailor your conference to fit your exact needs.

Our Menu is varied to allow choice for lunches, and our morning and afternoon teas are served with eats. We also provide juice and water all day, and soft drinks can be arranged upon request.

​

Plenty of secure parking is available, and our private setting ensures that you will not be disturbed.
