We create beautiful, elegant, glamorous and affordable weddings at our White Rock Venue.

We strive to make the decisions and management of your wedding as painless as possible for you, to allow you maximum freedom to enjoy your special day in style.

Having over twenty years of experience in event management. Our team will design your day to your exact specifications, and we have a repertoire of reliable and dedicated professionals to cover your every whim and need. We work hand in hand with several reputable Decor companies, who will create your dream setting with the colour scheme of your choice, and we provide extensive menus to cater for even the most discerning of tastes. We can also refer you to several very professional and efficient Event Planners to guide you through every step of creating your perfect day.

You can rest assured that with White Rock you can enjoy the process of organising your wedding knowing that you have a professional, reliable and dedicated team putting your dream day together.

At White Rock Centre we strive to offer you a seamless and stress­free day to remember. To this effect, please bear in mind the following when booking your wedding here with us at White Rock.

We require a DATE DEPOSIT of $500 to secure your wedding date. Please note that this deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE , as we guarantee your date upon receipt of this deposit and turn away other bookings as a result. This deposit is however put towards the total that you have to pay for your wedding, it is not a stand­alone payment.

Once your wedding is booked, you may pay by terms of your own choice, as long as we have payment IN FULL no later than 30 Days PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING DATE. Please note that in paying us the deposit for your date, you fully understand that if payment is not made in FULL within the stipulated time frame, your wedding will be cancelled immediately.

We require a BREAKAGE DEPOSIT of $300 to be paid to cover things like the extra guests mentioned above, as well as any and all breakages. This deposit is an extra charge on top or your total quote, but is REFUNDABLE, after the wedding when any breakages, etc have been taken off the amount.  (Breakage Deposit payable at 30 Days prior to the Event)
 

PLEASE NOTE: CUT OFF TIME NO LATER THAN 7PM.

We cater for the number of guests quoted for. If you should have any extras please note that you will be charged for them. This includes dancers/bands/dj/photographers etc who also need to be fed at your wedding, so please remember to include them in your costing.

VENUE HIRE ONLY

Please note: The Venue Hire ONLY Option is for the Venue only. This means you will need to hire all of your own tables, chair, draping,  cutlery, crockery, glassware etc and bring them with you. You will also need to provide your own catering and décor, etc for your event.

SOUTHERN COMFORT LODGE

(GARDEN FOR PHOTOS / CEREMONY)

Southern Comfort Lodge Gardens may be hired for photos or for the ceremony if the reception is being held in White Rock,

but please note that White Rock and Southern Comfort Lodge are NOT the same company. They run as two SEPARATE companies.

Charge for Gardens Per Hour .. $150
Or Hire of  garden for Ceremony .. $600 (includes a complimentary room for Bride and Groom)

Start Time to be no earlier than 10 am. Cut‐off time for Lodge Gardens is 4 pm. (Unless taking the Hire of all rooms - Enquire for costs)
